This was the opening gig of the Mill in Glasgow's Oran Mor. It was a great
event that kicked off several years of great music at this venue. We
supported Thomas Tantrum and The Futureheads that night. We were
technically therefore the first band to play the Mill.
Sunshine in My Pocket Filmed at Glasgow University Studios by Mark Daniels.
A rather more professional approach to a serious music video. This video
is notable for three reasons, firstly it was shot by Mark Daniels as part
of a University final degree , it scored highly and Mark was later to join
the band Secondly because James wrote a car off the morning of filming
because he was half asleep, if you look carefully you can still see the
terror in his eyes. Lastly because Juno Jazi was sadly unavailable and was
replaced with a friend who is now the guitarist in Vincenzo . He can't
drum as well as he can play guitar ,but he wears a pair of shades very
well.
Wonderful A storyboard written by Jamie Salmon , filmed by Michelle Daniels and edited by Mark Daniels.
An epic tale involving a mysterious returning hero, unsettled scores
between martial arts rivals, a car chase ,and a sleazy manager with a
cigar.
Wonderful is a big budget production with an uncompromising approach to
direction. After literally hours of training the cast threw themselves into
this no holds barred production. Props include a cigar , a football manager
jacket, Judo Jazis tracksuit bottoms , James's rather revealing vest ,a
rusty Ford Granada and some tyres. Filmed on location at Comrie Bing.
Nexus Liveshow Edinburgh Bongo Club for Nexus Live Events.
Again another first for Juno! as they were one of the very first bands to
play a fully broadcast Internet gig courtesy of the good people of Nexus.
It was a lovely sunny day at Edinburgh's Bongo Club. James prattled on for
ages at the beginning to enable Jason time to get on stage after an
extended Tiramasu session in a local eatery.
Mathematical King Tuts Gig Supporting Robots in Disguise.
Supporting Robots in Disguise this gig was a sell out and notable because
people were literally squashed up against the crush barriers watching Juno!
This was the first of the really busy gigs in a really busy year. The
glowsticks and Technicolor audience were out in full force.
